Our fully remodeled house is open and inviting, perfect for couples, business travelers, and guests seeking a relaxing, home-like environment with complete privacy, peace, and comfort. We kindly ask our guests to treat the home with respect and leave it tidy. There are 3 bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-size bed. Two rooms are located on the first floor, while the third is on the second floor, complete with a Smart TV for cozy movie nights. Got two cars? No problem! Parking is available at the back and side of the house. This fully equipped and furnished home includes: ✅ A modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, two-slice toaster, electric kettle, and blender. ✅ Laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. ✅ Private parking. ✅ High-speed internet for uninterrupted streaming and reliable work-from-home connections. ✅ Smart TV for accessing all major streaming apps and staying connected.

Quiet hours are 10:30pm on weeknights and 11:30pm on weekends IF THERE IS ANY SIGN OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT, LOITERING OUTSIDE, OR A PARTY HAPPENING, YOUR STAY WILL BE INSTANTLY CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE DAMAGES. If you smoke in the house there will be a $250 fine! If there’s a party, underaged drinking, any sign of illegal drug use in or around the property you will be kicked out immediately. $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. NO PARTIES NO food in bed No LOUD MUSIC Do not disrespect Neighbors Please follow check in and check out instructions Before Checkout, make sure you have removed all leftover meals from the refrigerator and put in the trash. Please Ensure that you plan your time accurately on Checkout day. Any Checkout completed more than 30 minutes beyond 11am will result in a $50 charge. Any checkout completed 1 hour beyond 11am will result in a days charge.

I really enjoyed our stay at Dalos's place. My family traveled to Connecticut for Ministry purposes and this was so convenient for our family of 6. We gave the kids the upstairs and we never heard a peep from them (😊 the suite) The multiple enclosed porches were an added bonus. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the check in was easy. We arrived a little early so as a courtesy they allowed us to check in 30 min early which we were grateful for. Property is well kept... I saw some comments about the area but honestly we saw children and people walking in the apartment complex behind the house but they didn't bother anyone... we never heard a noise the whole weekend. I enjoyed sitting in the living room with the curtain open and watching the cars pull up to the stop sign and kids walk by the side walk every so often. Lastly the check out process was easy.... very simple unlike many other places... I would book again if available... Thank you!!

This place was great! Had everything we needed, was centrally located so exploring Connecticut was easy, Dalos was very responsive and easy to work with, beds are comfortable, temperature was good…it’s a great place! Highly recommend

I recommend this home to anyone. The place was very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, big washer/dryer, great common areas, central air conditioning, fast WiFi. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is in a corner but area is very quiet. Dalo’s was a great communicator from beginning to end. If back in the area will stay again at this home. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.
