Quiet hours are 10:30pm on weeknights and 11:30pm on weekends IF THERE IS ANY SIGN OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT, LOITERING OUTSIDE, OR A PARTY HAPPENING YOUR STAY WILL BE INSTANTLY CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE DAMAGES. If you smoke in the house there will be a $250 fine! If there’s a party, underaged drinking, any sign of illegal drug use in or around the property you will be kicked out immediately. $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. Please be considerate of other building occupants. Noise of any kind will not be tolerated. NO PARTIES Allowed (Non-Negotiable) NO food in bed No LOUD MUSIC Do not disrespect Neighbors ABSOLUTELY No smoking of anything or drugs allowed inside or outside. Please follow check in and check out instructions Before Checkout, make sure you have removed all leftover meals from the refrigerator and put in the trash. Please Ensure that you plan your time accurately on Checkout day. Any Checkout completed more than 30 minutes beyond 11am will result in a $50 charge. Any checkout completed 1 hour beyond 11am will result in a days charge. You must return all Keys back to lock-box. Failure to do so will result in a $150 fine. We want to make sure you have a great stay, and honoring the house rules will help us ensure that.

3 floor wasn't a problem. the fire place was nice. having your own parking spot was very nice. very quite. I was worried about being to loud on the floors for the people below. The Mark Twain House is almost walking distance away. communication with the Host was the best I've experienced.
